Cece Jones-Davis is a faith leader, activist, and artist working at the intersection of spirituality and public life. Cece serves as the director of the Justice for Julius campaign, which helped stop the execution of Julius Jones in Oklahoma. Bringing fiery passion to her work in areas regarding gender, race, and justice, Cece is known for her fresh perspectives and bold advocacy on issues that impact vulnerable communities, especially the death penalty, HIV/AIDS, and menstrual equity. A graduate of Howard University and Yale Divinity School, Cece is passionate about preserving human dignity and continuing the work toward Dr. King’s beloved community.
