Ewura Adams Karim is the co-founder and executive director of the Maltiti Foundation, a non-governmental organization based in Ghana that focuses on women’s economic empowerment. Under his leadership, the Maltiti Foundation team has assisted hundreds of young women in developing agricultural, financial literacy, and marketing skills to operate their own farms and create 350 direct and indirect jobs in their respective communities. Ewura also worked as a broadcast journalist and talk show host, and continues to be a multi-talented performing artist, using theater for social change.
